The first time I tried calling the doctor was not able to hear me but see me. The second time I logged in I was able to get a new doctor and she was able to see me and hear me and gave me counsel and helped me.
What a fantastic health ❤ care tool that provided me immediate care, but now we'll see what my UPMC4Life Insurance Plan pays, and my costs versus visiting my PCP.
